- Yes our tiny home trailers are registrable and can be towed to your property just like a caravan.
2. Do i need to have the tiny home trailer registered to comply with the "no council rules"?
- The trailer does not have to be registered to comply with the "no council rules" as it is a caravan.

- Yes our tiny home trailers are galvanised then painted black for extra protection.
5. How do these tiny homes get delivered to site?
- They are towed by our very own specialised tow truck or can be picked up from our factory.
6. What vehicle is required to tow the tiny homes into position?
- The vehicle must have the correct towbar ratings and towing capacity depending on the tiny home model.
7. What coupling is required to connect to the tiny home trailer?
- Our tiny home 6.0 requires a 50mm towball and our tiny home 8.0 & 10.0 require a 70mm towball.
8. Are the tiny home trailers engineered?
- Yes our tiny home trailers are fully engineered to comply with the ratings of the tiny homes.
9. Do the tiny home trailers come with a vin number?
Our Tiny Home Trailers are compliant to the VSB1 revision 6 (vehicle standard bulletin 1 revision 6) which came into full effect on 1st July 2023, meaning the tiny home trailers come with the following:- Compliance Plate - Vin- VTA (vehicle type approval)- RAV entry (register of approved vehicles) which is Nation-Wide- Eligible for registration in your State or Territory
10. Does the tiny home trailer have brakes?
- The tiny home trailers come fitted with full electric brakes.
11. Do you install the tiny home?
- Yes we can install the tiny home depending on the location of your property. (Fees Apply)
12. How do I level the tiny home?
- We use laser levels to get a perfect level for the tiny home. A spirit level can be used.
13. What power requirements do i need on site?
- You will require a dedicated 15amp circuit to an external power source to plug the 15amp lead into. (15amp 12m lead included)
14. What water requirements do i need on site?
- A garden tap and garden hose is required to plug into the tiny home water inlet. The water pressure must be sufficient to run the tiny home.
15. Does the tiny home come with stairs?
- Stairs are not included as the number of steps required will vary depending on the level of the land.
16. Where does the grey water go?
- There is an outlet on the side of the tiny home to dispense the grey water. The recomendation would be to place a small grey water tank to harvest the water.
17. Can i choose a flushing toilet or an off grid toilet?
- Yes you can select either a fully flushing toilet (sewer required) or an off grid composite toilet (No sewer required)
18. Do i need sewer connection?
- If you select the option of a fully flushing toilet you will require a plumber to connect the toilet to sewer.
19. What gas bottles do I need?
- The size of the bottles recommended are 45kg LPG Gas Bottles.
20. Do i need any site prep?
- You will not require any site prep for sites slightly out of level. For sites that are out of level you can use leveling blocks to counter level the tiny home.
21. Can i install the tiny home on grass?
- Yes you can install the tiny home on grass however good drainage of the area will be required.
22. Do i need to leave the wheels on?
- Yes the wheels must remain on at all times this is a major part of the foundation for your tiny home.
23. Do you do lofts?
- Yes however this is only on our 6.0m @ 4.5t tiny home with loft.
24. Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
- Yes we deliver Australia wide.
25. Why are these so affordable?
- Our tiny homes are designed with efficiency in mind, using space-saving techniques and streamlined construction methods. This helps reduce material and labor costs.
26. Do you use timber or steel frames inside the tiny home?
- We use timber T2 blue treated pine framing throughout the entire tiny home.
27. Where are these tiny homes made?
- They are made in our South Windsor factory in NSW.
28. Do you stock tiny homes ready for delivery?
- At times we do have completed tiny home builds ready for delivery on facebook marketplace.
29. What is the average build time for a tiny home?
- Our lockup builds take between 2 - 3 weeks and our turnkey builds take between 5 - 6 weeks.
30. Do you provide finance options?
- We do offer finance options for your tiny home build. With our trusted financing partners.
31. Can I buy a tiny home trailer only?
- Yes we can build a registrable tiny home trailer ready for you to build your dream tiny home on.
32. Can we buy a lock up kit and finish the inside ourselves?
- Absolutely we offer lock up builds for the diyer with the external completed and internal ready for you to complete which provides a cost effective option.
33. Does a turnkey tiny home build include everything?
- A turnkey tiny home build includes the necessary appliances such as oven, grill, cooktop, air conditioning unit and bed or sofa bed, providing a space ready for you to add the finishing touches, such as your choice of dishwasher, fridge, microwave.
